Friends of Roosevelt State Park is gearing up for a big celebration in 2026 and is inviting food and craft vendors to be part of the festivities. As part of the nationwide America 250, the event will expand into a two-day gathering on July 3 and 4, featuring a full lineup of activities, entertainment and a large crowd expected throughout the weekend.
Organizers say the celebration will highlight the natural beauty and community spirit of Roosevelt State Park, drawing visitors from across the region. With live music, family-friendly attractions and holiday-themed programming, the event is designed to offer something for all ages while creating a festive Independence Day atmosphere.
Food vendors will have the opportunity to serve a steady flow of attendees looking for a variety of options, while craft vendors can showcase handmade goods, local art and unique products. The expanded two-day format is expected to increase foot traffic and give vendors more exposure throughout the holiday weekend.
In addition to entertainment and shopping, organizers plan to incorporate activities that reflect the significance of the America 250 celebration, recognizing the nation’s history and heritage. The event aims to bring the community together while welcoming visitors to experience the park and all it has to offer.
Organizers are currently seeking vendors who would be a great addition to the event. Those interested in participating, or who know someone who might be a good fit, are encouraged to reach out for more information.
